We also guarantee that the personal information provided by a customer (name, last name, name of organization, telephone numbers, e-mail) remain confidential and won’t be transferred to a recipient and/or third parties. The recipient will know about a customer only from the text of a postcard that goes with a flower arrangement. If a card is not signed, recipient may not know who the gift is from.
Atelier “La Peonia” guarantees the quality and freshness of all flower arrangements and bouquets ordered from us. However, if you still have any claims, you can provide them, considering the perishable nature of flowers, only within 24 hours from the moment of delivery. Claims regarding the quality of flower arrangements are accepted reasonable if corresponding necessary photos are available.
In the event that the paid order is executed improperly and untimely due to the fault of the floristic atelier “La Peonia”, the full refund is guaranteed or, by agreement with the customer, the execution of the order, considering compensation agreed with the customer personally, is transferred to another day.
